Continuous improvement & EHS

Nedschroef Bulgaria, location Stara Zagora, is searching for a motivated young person eager to gain new knowledges in the field of Continuous Improvement and experienced in EHS.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the developing of a robust Continuous improvement strategy in partnership with Management Team and key stakeholders.
• Implement and support cultural change across the organization and drive Continuous Improvement.
• Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success.
• Participate in creation and input of lean manufacturing budgets.
• Organize and lead relevant on-going learning and development of employees in improvement principles and tools.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Learn how to coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Participate in implementation of Health and safety rules in the company.
• Support the production manager to maintain and improve EHS discipline and culture in the plants.
• Reporting for safety incompliances and violations.
• Participate in EHS audits in the company.
 

Your qualifications

• Graduated engineering or other bachelor/master degree, or in process.
• Strong motivation to learn and to gain knowledges in the field of EHS and CI.
• Strategic thinking and acting.
• Solid communication skills.
• Fluent English is a must
• German language will be an advantage.
• Experience in Project management and/or in production company/ automotive will be an advantage
