Financial Planning & Analysis Controller

Nedschroef is the leading supplier of fasteners for the Automotive Industry in Europe and with a strong presence abroad. To expand our growing Finance department, we are looking for a full-time FP&A Controller at the Nedschroef Headquarters in Helmond.

Your responsibilities
  • Prepare financial planning & analysis reports for Chinese parent (e.g. monthly presentation and KPIs) 
  • Prepare and perform strategic planning activities (e.g. prepare strategic planning and strategic forecast templates)
  • Prepare and execute budgeting activities (e.g. prepare budget and forecast templates, execute periodic financial forecasts, perform financial analysis to support decision making and verify relevant forecast submissions on a periodic basis)
  • Execute KPI analysis including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures to assist the Board with providing insight into risks and opportunities to the business
  • Prepare and perform cash flow planning activities (e.g. prepare cash flow templates, forecasts) 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. develop financial models to analyze various business opportunities and cost savings initiatives)
  • Assist the head of FP&A with the preparation of key management team meetings (e.g. Board)
  • Perform FP&A for centrally steered activities (e.g. analysis per cost center and projects per cost center)
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization for the FP&A activities
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Achieve internal customer satisfaction within the FP&A cycle
Your qualifications

Experience and knowledge

  • Master’s degree in finance or Accounting 
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related industry (desirable)
  • Knowledge of financial planning, analysis & budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of financial modeling skills and accounting & transactional finance
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and desirable fluent in German
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
