LinkedIn - Benchmarking Nedschroef on Employer Branding

Recently, Nedschroef is being selected as one of the best business case in the Netherlands by LinkedIn. Nedschroef is being nominated for setting up best example within the industry and SME sector for Employer Branding and recruitment.

Last week on 12th of March, 2015, Nedschroef was invited to present our recruitment strategy and employer branding as best example to a diverse audience of 20 HR professionals from Retail, Hospital & Healthcare, Law practice, Industrial Automation, Internet, Logistics & Supply Chain, Insurance, Information Technology, Government industries. Amit Biswas, Specialist New Media (Click to view his profile) and Anna-Lena Buresch, Group HR Generalist (Click to view her profile), our colleague from Marketing Communication and Human Resources department respectively, were invited in LinkedIn Amsterdam Office.



Currently Nedschroef Group is being benchmarked in terms of Branding among our competitors. We have achieved Return on Investment (ROI) 197% and achieved Talent Brand Index of 36.5 % from just 8% within less than 8 months. The presentation and workshop was well appraised by the audience and LinkedIn.
