Nedschroef sponsors Speeding Scientists Siegen eV (S3)

Nedschroef is proud to sponsor this year’s latest S3 racing car designed and built by a dedicated student team from the University of Siegen, Germany.

The Siegen students, whom study Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business and Media to name a few, are each year confronted with a new challenge to develop and create a racing car that meets up to the technical and economic demands of the Formula Student racing organization. One of these demands is that the car is fully electric. Nedschroef will be involved in developing and testing advanced fastener solutions for the racing car and future models.
On August 4, 2013 the “S3 Speeding Scientists” from the University of Siegen could finally race with their latest innovative racing car. The team will also participate in upcoming racing challenges such as “Formula Student Spain”.
