Your responsibilities

At Nedschroef we offer 2 internship opportunities within the HR department. As an Intern HR you will join our HR department in Helmond and get to work on various HR activities. As an intern Talent Management you work within our Global Talent Management Team. 

As our Talent Management intern you will play a crucial role in recruitment and learning & development. You will support the Global Talent Manager in her daily activities. These activities may include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, organizing Employer Branding initiatives, planning meetings, discussing recruitment and learning & development strategies, assisting with onboarding, supporting development programs, etc.

As our HR intern in Helmond, you will be presented with a varying set of tasks. You will be immersed in the world of Human Resources and get the chance to explore different aspects of the field. During your internship you will get a clear picture of our organization and the various activities within the department (HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Officer and Payroll Specialist). The subjects for an internship assignment can therefore vary and depend on your interests. Some examples could be assignments in the areas of: retention, absenteeism, onboarding or a strategic issue. We have an extensive range of tasks in which you can support the HR department in its daily work. 

Some examples are:

  • Advising on performance reviews, appraisals, training and salaries;
  • Conducting interviews with managers, employees in all kinds of areas: recruitment, learning & development, etc.;
  • Advising and supporting joiners and or leavers of the company;
  • Administering personnel information and providing reports;
  • Advising management and supervisors, for example on absenteeism or employee development;
  • Act improvement gatekeeper trajectories;
  • Participating in HR projects.

Your qualifications

You are currently an HR student looking for an internship, where you will gain hands-on experience. You are proactive and have communication skills. You are willing to learn the ins and outs of the Nedschroef organization and are not afraid to ask questions. Furthermore, you are accurate, organized and able to keep to agreements and deadlines made. 
You are fluent in Dutch and English. 

If this internship does not quite fit in with the requirements of your study programme, a slight adjustment to the internship is possible in consultation.
