The Executive Committee will support the CEO in its governance with direct supervision of Nedschroef’s operational activities in terms of transformation, customers and region. By doing so, the CEO will have a more sustainable span of control over the different operations.
The Executive Committee, or ExCo, consists out of:

- Jos Blaauwgeers (CFO)
- Cees Cistermans (Vice president transformation and other BU’s)
- Jules Cleutjens (Vice President HR)
- Zonghan Xu (Vice President Greater China)
- Richard van den Dungen (Vice President Sales & Business Development)
