Nedschroef is about to finalize the replacement of their old financial systems with several solutions in the Infor CloudSuite. In the next phase you should help us to take advantage of the improvement opportunities that this new platform offers. You need to help our business to streamline their financial operations and enhance efficiency.

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and our Financial Shared Service Center to understand their financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support in incident handling and support the business in realizing desired changes in the IT environment.
• Design and implement tailored IT solutions to optimize financial operations, such as accounting systems, financial planning and analysis tools, and reporting systems.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on financial process best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and senior management, to drive successful project outcomes.
• Deliver training and workshops to end-users on new financial systems and processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in financial technology and make recommendations on their application to clients' businesses.

Your qualifications

• At least a Bachelor level in the field of IT, information management, Finance or related field.
• Understanding of IT systems and software relevant to financial operations, such as ERP systems, financial management software, and data analytics tools. Knowledge of the Infor Automotive CloudSuite (Infor LN / Baan) is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial processes, such as accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal direction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Project management abilities to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
• Living near to our locations in Helmond (NL) or Plettenberg (DE) is preferred.
• Good language skills in both written and spoken English (German and/or Dutch would be an asset).
