Helmond, Netherlands, 1 November 2024 – Nedschroef Group today announced that Paul Raedts decided to step down as CEO of Royal Nedschroef B.V., effective 1st of November, for personal reasons. Mr. Raedts will continue to serve as an advisor to the Board of Directors of the Nedschroef Group. Rob Janssen will succeed Mr. Raedts as CEO, with the leadership transition also taking effect on the 1st of November 2024.
Paul Raedts joined Nedschroef in February 2001 and was appointed CFO in October 2011. In 2021 Paul Raedts became CEO of the company. During his tenure, he led a large part of the supporting functions, playing a pivotal role in the professionalization and centralization of the Nedschroef Group. Paul Raedts maintained strong relationships with stakeholders, securing Nedschroef’s market position amidst economic, political and environmental challenges. Paul Raedts was instrumental in shaping Nedschroef’s strategic direction and successfully oversaw several acquisitions in the past.
The Supervisory Board has appointed Rob Janssen as the new CEO, effective as per the 1st of November 2024. Rob Janssen joined Nedschroef in 2018 as Managing Director for Nedschroef’s Center of Competence in Helmond and was appointed Vice President BU Automotive and member of the Board of Directors in 2021. In this role, Rob Janssen successfully led the Centers of Competence under BU Automotive (segment Growth) and has been responsible for the progressive development of the complex product lines in Helmond. Rob also drives the execution of Nedschroef’s strategic projects, aiming for operational excellence and an improved product value stream.
The Supervisory Board wants to thank Paul for his leadership role at Nedschroef and is very grateful that Paul stays on as advisor to the company. “During this time of challenges and transformation, the Supervisory Board is convinced that Rob Janssen is the right person to lead Nedschroef,” said Zhuang Hua, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. “Rob Janssen is a proven leader with the right business vision and the abilities to execute reforms and development plans with performance-driven targets.
