Nedschroef strongly believes in protecting the privacy of the personal data you provide to us. We also believe it is important to inform you about how we will use your personal data. This privacy statement applies to the personal data that is processed by Koninklijke Nedschroef BV or its affiliates or subsidiaries (Nedschroef) when you interact with Nedschroef, such as when you visit our websites, when you use the products or services offered by Nedschroef, when you purchase Nedschroef products or services, when you contact customer support, and when you interact with Nedschroef on behalf of a customer, supplier or business partner, or as a job applicant. Such data are processed under the responsibility of the local Nedschroef entity as well as under the responsibility of Koninklijke Nedschroef Holding BV, with its principal office at Kanaaldijk N.W. 75, 5707 LC Helmond, The Netherlands.

1. Why we ask you to share your personal data

We ask you to share your personal data with us for purposes that include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving information about Nedschroef products and services;

  • Storing your preferences for future interactions and communications from Nedschroef;
  • Helping us to develop products and services and create campaigns that are designed around you, optimize customer services and continuously improve our websites;

When you interact with us on behalf of a customer, supplier or business partner of Nedschroef, we may collect:

  • Name and address of the company you work for.

In addition, we may collect personal data via cookies or similar techniques, including, but not limited to:

More specifically:

  • Our website uses functions from the web analysis service Google Analytics.
  • We mask the last octet of website visitors’ IP addresses.

Google Analytics
We have a data processing agreement with Google, and fully comply with the GDPR when using Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’. These are text files that are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are useful because they contain information that allows a website to recognize a user’s device, let you navigate between pages efficiently, remember your preferences, and generally improve the user experience.

3. How we collect your personal data

You can share your personal data with Nedschroef in several ways, including, but not limited to:

Nedschroef may share your personal data with any Nedschroef group company, for the purposes as described in this privacy statement.

  • Third party suppliers in connection with the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this privacy statement, such as IT (software) providers, communication service providers or other suppliers to whom we outsource certain services.

To the extent that a third party processes your personal data as a data processor of Nedschroef, Nedschroef will conclude a data processing agreement with such party in strict accordance with the requirements as stated in the GDPR.

To be able to provide our products and services, it may be necessary for us to transfer your personal data to a recipient in a country outside of the European Economic Area. In that case, Nedschroef will ensure that the data transfer is compliant with the applicable law.
